1. The Service
Unloop is a platform that lets you build AI agents, connect them to your tools, and run them automatically. It operates as a technical layer between you and the third-party services you integrate.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- You must provide accurate information when registering
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Unloop to:
- Automate legitimate business workflows
- Build and run AI agents connected to your tools
- Process and analyze your business data
You may NOT use Unloop to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
- Harass or deceive third parties
- Violate third-party rights
- Circumvent platform rate limits or security controls
4. Integrations
When connecting external services:
- You must comply with each platform's policies
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary authorizations
- Unloop acts as a technical intermediary — content responsibility is yours
5. AI Providers
Unloop uses third-party AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT). By using Unloop you accept that your data may be transmitted to these providers under their respective policies.
6. Payments
- Paid plans are billed monthly
- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
- No refunds for partial periods
7. Ownership
- Unloop and its technology are our property
- Your data and content remain yours
8. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee specific results
- We are not responsible for decisions based on AI outputs
- Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months
9. Termination
- You can cancel your account at any time
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- After cancellation, your data is retained 30 days then deleted
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Santiago de Chile.
